We are a family owned business, not a franchise.
Our caregivers are generally long term employees, some of whom have been with us since the start of the company in 1993. Many have been with us 10-15 years or more.
With few exceptions, our caregivers are licensed CNA's and all are interesting, intelligent, educated, and well spoken men and women. We have almost no turnover unless someone moves or changes careers.
This means we are putting good people in your home; people that we know well who we hold in admiration for the level of knowledge, professionalism and dedication; along with the faith, caring and courage they show under sometimes incredibly difficult and complex situations. These people helped create and they sustain this business and we are continually in awe of the energy they have for this type of work.
Our people are paid an extremely competitive wage and generally not limited in overtime if they want it. This allows us to put fewer caregivers in your home. It also means that most of what you pay us goes to the people who deserve it, the caregivers. This insures we hire and keep the best people to send to your home.

We are Supportive and Proactive

Not one care plan fits all and we do not come in and fill out a template with standard check boxes. Most people do not fit in pre-defined boxes.
We listen to you, observe and write out a care plan based on what YOU need.
Daily services can include anything from meal preparation (including cooking with you or your family member if desired), assistance with hygiene, home cleaning, errands, doctor's appointments, dining out and other community activities, socialization with friends an elder may not have had opportunity to visit with, safety and supervision. In some cases we arrange property maintenance and assist with bill paying.
We work to see what is needed then figure out how to provide it in order to have the highest quality of life and independence possible.
When the time comes, we will provide gentle, compassionate and competent care in your home right to end of life. There is never a need to leave your home if you choose not to.

Experienced Home Health Aids Backed Up by Accessible Management

We hire based on personal referral from high performing employees, and we only hire people with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Then we keep them, meaning you very likely have a long term and well known employee in your home.
Very high standards and mutual respect are key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers, and that is the key to putting good people in your home.
We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks, but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. That plan is a live document that is continually updated as needed.
The owner or manager is available 24/7/365. We do not have an answering service or message taker. Do you need something or are you concerned about something? Call or text us for an immediate response any time day or night.
